Island in the Lake


I love this little island in the lake. It's just begging for a willow tree to replace the one that was there before the dredge.

    Do you know that Janet Clements (across st. from M. Hammett) leads girl scout troup comprised of her daughter, Charleston and others, and this troup has made the island a project, and have made a tie-up post for canoes, planted bushes,and made other improvements. Plan bluebird house, etc.

    And they have decided on a willow! Yay! I miss the willow!
