Was the house is that bad of shape for it to have to come down?BUT what will be coming it its place will sure be a blessing and beautiful.
The problem with the house was that it was in the flood plain-- right next to Snapfinger Creek. It flooded all the time. There will soon be a community garden and park on the site.
